Weekly drop-in classes
In each class a different aspect of
meditation and Buddhism is explained. Learn how to meditate
and discover the peace of meditation yourself by exploring
meditation techniques and positive minds. The classes are
self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need
to book or bring anything. Beginners are welcome. Cost: $10 per class.
The Teacher
Kelsang Tsalden is the resident teacher of Ganden Kadampa Buddhist Centre. Her clear teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.

Universal Compassion
With compassion we can transform all the daily difficulties we encounter into opportunities to enrich our lives, leading us ultimately towards unchanging freedom and happiness. These class are based on Universal Compassion, a commentary by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso to the famous text Training the Mind in Seven Points.
